Hi all I have finally found a med that suits me Risperidone 2 mg a day hopefully this will replace lithium which I took for over 15 years.I will let you know how it works out.It seems to be keeping me calm and not manic hope this will continue long term. :havingfun:

Does lithium ease depression and is it true that you need to get some tests done regularly to make sure too much of it isn't in the blood or body?
