Risperidone

Hi all I have finally found a med that suits me Risperidone 2 mg a day hopefully this will replace lithium which I took for over 15 years.I will let you know how it works out.It seems to be keeping me calm and not manic hope this will continue long term.

Does lithium ease depression and is it true that you need to get some tests done regularly to make sure too much of it isn't in the blood or body?
