What does it mean when a professional writes "I am writing to her risk and presentation" As you may have been aware matters for her are deteroriating.

What does he mean by "risk & presentation"???

I think risk could be referring to how likely you are to harm yourself, and presentation is how you came across in a physical (body language) and verbal sense (how and what you said).

I understand it must be very uncomfortable for you being assessed and written about. Try not to worry about this (I know, easier said than done!)-they have to take note of how you are so they know what treatment best suits you.

they are looking at your past and current risk history and what you are presenting as at the time they see you.

So in the letter hes wrote that he is concerned the risk will b increaased in new year because of something, so does he think im not in a good place then? i thought i presented quite well :=/
