Hi all,

I am looking for some recommendations.
I just swap from 7.5mg olanzapine to 20mg aripriprazole.
It’s making me nausea and trouble sleeping at night.
I normally take it in the evening.
I will like to hear from other people that take it to know what time is better to take it.

I take 5 mg abilify every night at 8:30 pm. I still do have pretty bad insomnia though; I'm up most of the night.

For my mental health issues, and I am on Abilify, have been for the past 10 years or so, these years, I take in the afternoons, anywhere from 2-5.30pm, and I will sleep mostly ok, happily on 25ml. If i am in a different enviromental location like away on holiday, then, I will have problems sleeping, otherwise, overhere, I don't have any problems, and accept when it is warmer at night.
