Hi, I am new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone else on here is afraid to go to the doctors for fear of what they will hear. I go to the doctors once a year to have blood work done for my high blood pressure and cholesterol medicine. If, during that visit, the doctor happens to mention something about a 'test' of some sort or suggests I have this or that done. I won't go back to have it done. Then I worry myself sick about the 'what-ifs'! I'll go on the internet and obsessively look stuff up which makes it worse. Help!!

Hi :welcome:

It does sound like health anxiety. There are lifestyle choices you can make to improve your bloodwork.
