For some reason my mind likes to go over and over painful events of the past. I try and work it all out in my head. I do not go to self help fellowship anymore as it is not good for my mental health.
I have had bits of paranoid thinking or beginings of psychosis recently and it scares me, i think i hear people call me certain names.
I am not on any medication and i would not take it unless i went into a full psychosis. Even then i would resist it. I just need to see it as warning signs.

hi bangalore

medications these days can be very effective against psychosis
and need not necessarily be for life
if you find some talking therapy as well
you might be able to work your way back out of them
in consultation with professionals these days
