Hi Folks,

I hope all are just about well, thouigh I do realise and understand there are those with mental health problems who are very much struggling.

I wanted to update and debrief, that I'm very well, no mental health issues as such, and have gone back up, to 25ml, I always go via my original flexible approach, via the Community Mental Health departments, I could juggle doses as I saw fit, and I do self take medicine of Abilify, without the need for an appointment each time, via the them and also the GPs.

From this time onwards, around about 9.45/9.30pm, I'll shall be winding relaxing down for the remainder of evenings, before overnighters settling down, before retiring for the night, and I will always re logg on, the following on mornings, and depending on my diary, either as and when logging onto MHF, or much later on after I have been to volunteering , offline volunteering.

So I wanted to let know, what my wintry plans are for the remainder of evenings, before retiring overnights.

Have a good evening/overnight's good rest all, and most importantly - sleep,

Best regards all,

Natalie.

Hi Folks,

Hi Zoe, thanks very much. On both counts, my plans for wintry months, and the volunteering.

I forgot to point out, that logging on to MHF for the remainder of during the evening before retiring for overnight, that the hobbies and interests forcast, I shall always be listening to musicals and music and knitting, now, logged on to mhf, around about f rom 9.30/10pm, doesn't give me much scope for that, I tried it out again, and jokingly for the following, hey presto, it worked. I had much more time to listen to music and knitting.

Best regards,

Natalie.
