Hi, I'm new to the forum and I've relapsed. I'm stressed out and in a lot of emotional pain, thus I turned to self harm to cope. It seems to be the only thing to give me a high enough to forget everything. How can I stop and move on from my depression and urges to hurt myself?

Hi and welcome to the forum! :welcome:
Remember its okay to relapse, its a struggle to resist the urges, i know from my experience.
Can you identify the trigger that made you want to self harm? I find that by identifying the triggers i can predict when i am going to be put in that situation. That way i can surround myself with people so i have no opportunity and make sure i am not around things that i could hurt myself with.

I find talking to people i dont know helps, you will find that you are not alone in this.

How are you doing today? Are you in any sort of treatment? As already mentioned, triggers are so important to identify. Counseling can certainly help you process through some of that. I hope you are well today.
