I then really wasn't well with the sunstroke, yesterday evening my time, and from during the course of the afternoon. Took stuff for it, very earlye vening yesterday, and am now recovering. I'll just will have to remember about wearign my cap at all times!

Hi all,

I am now my time suddenly very much better, and fully recovered. Hopefully, and just in time to enjoy the evening meal.

And, I made more gambling - slot machine profit this week, $31. So that makes it $32, $31 = $61. So I am feeling pleased with the result. I am in Vegas until Monday morning - my time.

Hi all,

I have now sapped out and very much gradually recovered from the sunstroke 24 hour problem which I had.

I am now able to enjoy the remaining time in Vegas, prior to moving onto Palm Springs location.

Hi all,

I am very well, still away on holiday; however, I had a 48 hour ill last week in Vegas. I am now over that.

In the car journey return to the hotel to Palm Desert last night -from Palm Springs, I was shaking a lot. I put it down to tiredness, and also I had been on 25ml of medication, since from the start of the holiday. I have now dropped the doseage back which I am allowed to do, and fortunately, in general the shaking and in particular in the car, now seems to have subsided.

I have another few days, and I then travel back to home on Wednesday.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

One of the factors I have missed being away on holiday, and is always the case (if that makes sense) I am always on holiday unable to workout in dance aerobics mode, to de-stress my irritiblity levles. This will be a big relief for me when I'm back home.

i'M fine, no undue mental health problems to report except that over the weekend I was mis hearing things, so I had to reincrease the doseage which I dropped back slightly, owing to my side affect - shaking problems.

I might be able to log on Thursday early evenign, after recovering from the air travel and car ride back to home.

Nothing like a good dance to brush some of that stress off.

Hi Volnash,

I'll very much agree with that. I had forgotten to cover I suffer with psrorasis on the head, so when I feel very irritible and tired, the psrorasis doesn't help, and the psrorasis problems become worse, on holiday.

I'll be very relieved to be returning to my usual fitness workouts and to attend zumba gold classes.

Hi Mastif Mom,

Now that I have returned to my home from holiday, and feeling resettled at long last, I'm going to intend on Thursday in fact tomorrow morning, prior to my voluntary work, start my rescheduling of working out. I was just wondering, if you have been able to manage to, how have you been coming along with your fitness workouts, bearing in mind, I'm aware that you do have a problem leg - my leg is now very much better - I had forgotten to say, back home in North London, UK.

Hi all,

Very much looking forward to my family cruise holiday now. I intend, and then with the warmer, dry weather climb, with a bit of luck, to attend line dancing even whilst on a moving ship (!) or zumba, I will have a look at the zumba, and if it is something that I can do, Ill consider attending.

And depending what time fo day, that the zumba will be held on.

Hi all,

Even though I am off on my family holiday, next week (!) this week in actual fact over the weekend, I have resumed my regular daily doses of working out of either just traditional based aerobics, or contemporary modern dance aerobics thrown in for some fun, as well, I am amongst verifying about a zumba class for Wednesday as it might not actually be billed to be on, in which case, I'll workout in at home earlier in the morning on Wednesday. That's it, then busier preparing final checks, for the holiday, and off on Friday.

Do not panick, if you all don't get to hear from me on here, I'll assure I'll be fine, with my knitting and music combined, and also, importantly on medicaiton, 25ml, present doseage.

Very much looking now forward to the cruise holiday. What with all of my irritiblities troubles of recent weeks, along with the weather in London included. I was feeling if i can say it most unsettled. Anyway, I'm calmer again. However long that will keep.

Just a reminder, I will have limited or no internet service accessible, at all, during this time of being away on holiday, I'll catch up with all posts, hopefully, and to offer tips, advice, and support, after I return. I return to dock at Southampton, on August 1st. The internet at sea is very slow so daunting in that respect, and also even though pay as you go - expensive too, for the limited time, allowed - on the part of the ship, not us being the passenger guests on ship.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

I have returned back from holiday/vacation, today. This was a cruise holiday. The c ruise holiday itself, was very enjoyable, relaxing, though I hadn't been too great, via my other health conditions, from the start and throughout the cruise holiday. I am much much better now, in time for being back at home.

And, you'll be surprised, I had done a zumba workout session on board the cruise holiday. So I am glad I was able to workout on holiday, this time.

I'm very tired, from today's travel back to home, mental health wise, I have been very well, and stablised through my szchoprhenia ailments. I had done a self test for a week, on a slightly lowered doseage, found I was having problems, so I thought, right, I'll re-increase. I am overall since then, away on the cruise, after I had lowered the doseage, and reincreased, very well, overall.

I just wanted to log on to let you all know, I'm well, fine, however very tired, and I look forward to catching up with posts, over this weekend, and posting from next week onwards. See you all around, via in the forums.

One of the problems I had found, not being a big eater at meal times, me, 2 big meals a day on cruise, was in fact a bit too much, I'll be reliving to cut back and down, and seriously working out to watch my mental health, stress, and weight levels, management.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi Unique 1,

Sorry I couldn't post in the meantime, I haven't been very well with non zig zag style of migrane type of headaches for a couple of weeks. I feel, due to the strobe lighting in the theatre show parents and I saw, whilst on board the cruise. Apart from me unwell with the headaches, mum had made complaint to the head office of the cruise company, so we'll see what joy we'll get.

I have been keeping fit in at home, since I have been back, and all being well, I'll attend zumba, on Wednesday morning.

I'm very much relived to be back on this brillaint Mental Health Forum site.

Thanks,

Natalie.

Sorry about the headaches Natalie.

Yes I think they should warn people about strobe lighting. It does affect some people I believe.

Good to have you back.

HI all,

Having returned back to the surrounds of home, and my old plus maybe a couple of new volunteering and day centre routines, (to include a move more northern up in London, than Golders Green area which in a way via my day centre move to Finchley, will be a good thing for me) I am intending to do more home workouts, to fitness dvds, and also, on a regular and weekly basis, to attend a variation of zumba/zumba gold classes, I always like a vareity of choregraphy.

And I'm very much relieved to be back, on this amazing, brilliant forum website.
