To be receptive coping, is to be in touch of your outlet. Whether its joy or something else. Apply assertiveness in the closure of your triggers. To any avail, notice how your symptom responds. Anything that overlooks demise, must be the meaning of truth. And it is in your own domain that you may notice your coping answer. Be aware of what that paticular trigger that usually puts you in fear or panic. In its place be receptive to joy.
