I'm finding life so hard right now. I don't want to be alive anymore. I care about everything way to much, I worry about everything, I hate myself.
My nan passed away a few years ago and I miss her so much. I just want to be with her again.
I can't take anymore of feel so low and suicidal all the time. I'm so sad. I have no reason to carry on.
I feel totally alone and have no one I can talk to.

I walked to b&q today. I kept seeing messages that some kids had chalked on the ground, for miles. "you are magic'' ''dont give up'' and lovehearts.
You are not alone out there, i hope you are feeling better

I feel you. I also feel like you do. But you can do this. Like lilbit said, you aren’t alone. Don’t give up on yourself. Life’s a gift and we might as well live it out. Even if it does feel unbearable sometimes. Sorry about your grandmother. Your stronger than you think. Be strong for her and also for yourself. I over think and worry about things too. It can be rough. But we do have better days. Hope your feeling ok.

Know that what you are thinking and feeling is not permanent. It will pass. There will be better days for you.

Listening to motivational and uplifting songs on youtube helps me. Music is therapeutic. Listen to it daily or as often as needed.

What are you good at and love doing? Is it cooking, baking or doing arts? Whatever it is, do it for it will make you happy and even fulfilled.

Helping someone else is good for you. Find someone whom you can help. You may volunteer in your community or online. You may coach or teach online.

Thanks everyone for the replies.

I like doing arts and craft and reading. But I'm struggling so much with doing anything that makes me happy. I find joy in nothing anymore. I've got a bunny but he's not very cuddly. He just hides.
