I am a 40 yr old female who has been suffering with generalized anxiety and panic disorder for almost a year. I have been on meds and dealing with what meds really work for me. I have tried yoga, meditating, and reading books to try and help me. I see a therapist. I have had a really hard time with learning how to cope with this, however, I am doing a pretty good job oppose to what I could be going through. I have to say there are times I feel like I have this all day everyday sometimes its there just enough to feel slightly uncomfortable to feeling like a panic attack. I would like to know are there people out there that go through this and or have gone through this feeling it from the time you wake up in the morning till the time you go to bed?
