it won't. At least not for the better. I've been suicidal for over a decade.
hey i can relate to those feeling and I know what it feels like to have no hope (a place i am living in right now) I can't see anything changing for me, I live with depression and other health issues, cronic pain for 20 years and heavy meds for it....

all any of us an do is push on, killing one's self is against all out human instincts to stay alive at any cost.

i do relate to your pain.

Maybe you could try 'em if you don't trust shrinks... The Scientologists really don't like shrinks either

I trust religions even less than I trust therapists.

I've always wanted to give Scientology a go
Oh well, what’s stopping you? Maybe first watch Louis Theroux’s documentary about the Scientologists? It’s apparently not so easy to get out of the cult once you are in it...

Oh what was it like? I’ve heard of the book but haven’t read it, I thought the approach with a lie detector was very interesting.

fairly incomprehensible pseudoscience... and its written in a very disjointed way that makes it very hard to read.

I don’t really know what you’re wanting from this thread? It’s like you’re expecting other users to have the answers for you? There’s been some useful and helpful answers, and you chew it up and spit it out again, if you’re not prepared to help yourself then you won’t move forward and your be angry at yourself for not having a co-writer.

I'm sorry you are feeling this way, I think you should talk to a therapist to build up confidence around doing things on your own.

When it comes to dreams you have to really work hard, it's never an easy or simple road. You have to put in the work yourself and not expect others to do it for you, which sounds to me why you think you "need" a co-writer.
I think you are perfectly capable of writing something good yourself if you practice, but because of this self hatred you seem to have it's like you refuse to give it a go, maybe because you've tried once or twice before.
The reality is, especially when it comes to creative talents, it could take 20-30 tries before you really get something amazing (trust me, I do art and some writing on the side). No one's dream just appears out of no where, unless you've won the lottery, but how likely is that for the majority of people?

You can't rely on this dream to make you happy, like someone else in the thread said and you also can't rely on other people to do all the work for you. If this is YOUR dream, then it's YOU that needs to do it, not someone else.

It will be hopeless if you aren't willing to try

Look, I'm just telling you the reality of things, nothing is going to be spoon fed to you, this is your dream so like I said your the one that has to work for it

Just because we seem to be saying things you don't want to hear, doesn't mean hope is lost, we are just telling you the truth, what you decide to do with that is up to you

If we say things to keep you satisfied, we'd be lying, then you are just going to remain stuck

I HAVE worked for it. I have spent every single day for TEN YEARS searching for a co-writer :(
