Hi all. Does anyone get racing thoughts when you are trying to sleep at night. I have been having these for a couple of nights and am almost afraid of losing control as they do not make sense. I am a bit confused the next day.and feel very depressed.

Hello Ragdoll I find sometimes I get racing thoughts before I sleep if l have been doing a lot during the day.l try to not watch T V or a DVD just before sleep it is a drawback sometimes having a T V and computer in the bedroom. If I have a bad nights sleep l will feel bad all the next day.Maybe IF you have a dog you could walk it before you turn in.?:havingfun:

Thanks for your reply. It's reassuring to know I am not on my own with this and that I'm not losing my mind. Are you on any medication for it. Haven't got a dog, and just lost my lovely cat who I use to tske out for a walk on a harness. You could be right about the computer as I do tend to spend time on it before I sleep. Just try to cut down before bedtime. take care!
