Any tips to programs I can access for free, can't buy books, gum patches or e cigarettes? Am quitting now had not planned on it till the new year, alas I have to quit sooner. :scared::(:BLAH:

Its all about getting the right frame of mind I think. For me i decided I don't want it anymore as I found it smelly and horrid and it happened and I've not looked back :) good luck!!

It is smelly and gross. I quit not too long ago (but I still cheat sometimes). I'm getting fat though.lol
