My tribunal is next week and I am so worried. Anyway I was wondering if I do win the appeal will the money be backdated to the date of the claim or when my DLA ended?

On the date of my (unsuccessful) claim for PIP which was November last year (2017) I was still on DLA. However, my DLA came to an end in March this year (2018). So I guess if I win the appeal at the tribunal the money for PIP will be back dated to when my DLA ended. Please advise.

As far as I am aware, in my benefit memory bank, benefit monies are paid, in arrears, so therefore, and should you happen to be successful, and I wish you well with this, your appeal, then off course, all monies shall be paid in arrears.

Try to rest, and i wish you well, with this.
