I find mindfulness meditaion helpful. I did have some therapy, i did have some help for the depression and grief i went through.
Pure O OCD can be hell when it is on full throttle, i am a lot better, i still get strong anxiety at times. My dog is a big comfort to me when i am out and about. I am looking forward to going back to work, i am grateful to be able to sustain work, i do have some fear about going back to work, like will i be able to cope and also fear of getting corona virus. I will do everything to protect myself.

I'm happy to hear you seem to be coping well with your Pure O.....And yes it is hell when it is at its worst...Try to stay positive about going back to work...From experience for me I had terrible anxiety the first half day going to work after being hospitalized with OCD/Depression (not that you will)but made it through it and the next day was much easier.By the 2nd day I was off and running but give yourself time to adjust if necessary.

I like routine and change rattles me so after the first day or 2 I generally find my groove and it's easier to move forward...Plus for me staying busy but not overwhelmed helps my mind focus on other things than my ruminating worries.
