Anyone know why my doc has not put any reference to my psychosis on my medical report, its like they don't believe me?

My doc thinks its psychotic depression, but I disagree. The voices are what make me depressed, not the other way round!

When I looked up what the medication they gave me and the symptoms, Schizophrenia kept coming up. I am taking 150mg of sertraline in the morning and 10mg Olanzapine in the evening, they help a little but I still hear the voices and have been getting more and more depressed because I cant work full time at the moment. I am worried I will never be able to work full time again, as that would mean we would loose our house; that would be the final straw! What I need from the pdoc and cpn is what the hell is wrong with me, so I can at least know what I am dealing with. I have coped with this for 30+ years without legal meds but I cant go back on drugs it only makes things worse.should I confide in my CPN? seeing him this Tuesday!
