Psychosexual problem - Serious responses only please. <3

Yesterday my boyfriend said that he wants injections to make his manhood bigger because from his perspective, he is not big enough.

I reassure him that his manhood is normal, I am satisfied with it and statistics show that following enhancement procedures, most men are still not happy with their size. (From what I read on the NHS site).

In addition, there could be adverse effects of injections and we may never be able to make love again, especially if it becomes too big.

I told him to see a therapist, but he's too embarrassed.
But I am pushing for him to see a therapist before he gets an injection.

Because honestly, there is nothing wrong with his manhood, it's a normal size and it is psychological insecurity.

In addition, I feel like he isn't thinking about us and love making, he just thinks that I'll adjust to his new size. The injections may not even work.

I really don't know how to go about this.

And I honestly believe enhancing his manhood would not solve his sexual insecurity.

He has sexual problems aside his size, such as maintaining an errection.
He won't even see his GP.
He says that he gets distracted by thoughts during love making and so can't maintain an errection. And he keeps saying he's going to go to the GP for Viagra, but he doesn't.

And Viagra isn't going to solve what is going on in his mind.

He thinks all these pills and injections are going to solve his problems that are primarily psychological.

Any help? :(

Something else is that he has been on antipsychotic medication, currently Aripiprizole for yeeears. And I know psychiatric medication can cause sexual dysfunctions.

The whole problem can be caused by the anti psychotic. The viagra could help temporarily. There's no shame in taking viagra. Millions of people take it. I'd be careful having any procedures that can go wrong and cannot be undone. If you are happy with him the way he is, that really should be the deciding factor.

I'd certainly be very careful of any so called "enlargement procedures", those do occasionally go wrong with awful results. And if he has been taking antipsychotics it really isn't his fault, or even his body's fault. Those things often have irreversible side effects.

I think your attempt to have him get therapy is a step in the right direction.

+1 for meds effecting his EQ. Probably. And stack that on top of performance anxiety, and insecurities... Yea, no bueno. I don't take my prescribed antipsychotic for fear of that very thing. It can go and never come back, even off meds... I'd rather be fucking crazy; than not fucking, still crazy.

Dude, just make him feel good about it... Tell him how biiiig it is, pretend it hurts, etc etc. No guy wants to hear he's average or juuuust adequate.

Tell him to get pills or a pump if he really pushes it. Try some Maca and horny goat weed.
