I know that when I have spoken about confidentiality , in 'general' , if you are a danger or threat to yourself or others then the are obliaged to tell the relevent department/authority ( CT/police and others dependin ).

As for a negative experience, not yet !

i know someone who has had a bad experience with one of the people treating him telling people. the people i see are very clear on the confidentiality stuff and i have signed statements to say i understand it. i'm not worried about it but i know someone who is afraid to get help because of it
