So this evening I managed to push the last person i care about away by lying to them. I knew I shouldn't of done but I feel almost relieved that I've pushed them away far enough not to care enough if I was here or not. Sounds odd but it's almost like a guilt free go ahead if i was to think suicidal thoughts. To the point i cant hurt anyone of that was ever to be the case

maybe they are just not the right friends

sometimes having mental health issues
we make poor choices in our friends
and then think its all our fault

you have people here that care about you

Its normal to push people away in deep depression the problem with this is some people will not accept you was depressed as a reason in my subjective experience most people did but keep that in mind you may lose someone forevert which is a good thint and a bad thing depending how you look at it
