today I went to see the community Psychiatric Nurse. We had an hours appointment and we were only 10 minutes in and she said she thought I was Bipolar. She has a meeting with the psychiatrist tomorrow so she is going to get an appointment for me with him for a definite diagnosis and to discuss meds etc etc
Im scared but pleased I am now in the system and having some level of support/help.
hope youre all well

Gee, 10 minutes is an awful short time to make any type of mental health diagnosis. Especially since this was the first meeting. It is good she going to speak to the Psychiatrist about it. Oh I just saw the replies and notice that Olanza said something similar. I just find it incredible that a a diagnosis that a diagnosis is made in such a short time.
