So I did this thing where I went to a bunch of sites and saved over a hundred Positive Affirmations and cut and pasted them to a wall, accented by cute pictures of lolcats that used to make me laugh. It works some days, but not all the time... At first I found them nauseating. I put them on a wall that I have to face a lot, or in places I might stand for a moment... one or two by the door, etc.

Making them is like scrapbooking for your wall and is s fun project.

I made a few personal ones too. Like I said, it has helped a little, but I have a lot of issues so it might be more helpful to others or not helpful at all to some...

That's a great idea.

Notre Dame football has a long tradition of when the players head out to the tunnel to flood onto the field, they slap the sign above the hallway.
