God, I'm so sorry. Can relate more than you know. When you're feeling that down, it feels impossible to get the very help you need to get out of it. Is there anyone you can ask for help to get the process started? If not, can you try writing down every step of what you need to do, then day by day chip away at that list, take small steps? I know it's overwhelming when you already feel like that. If you can't get help getting help, if you can't write a list then chip away in small bits, is there a need to call an urgent helpline in your area? It's great you're talking here, that is a step. Keep taking these small steps.
