Two years ago I restricted my calories. Two years later I literally can't stop eating. I try not having anything in the house and go out to eat but I find my self going into some sort of numb state where I end up in the shop buying loads of junk food then binging on it.

can someone please help me and advise what to do? i don't know what to do anymore..

:welcome: Gal93.

I'm glad you found the forum.

Yes agree with Lu. Seek out some help usually initially via your GP. Who can refer you to relevant medical professional to help.

I wish you well.

It is a good idea to seek professional help and in the meantime go to the library and get some books about your illness so that you can also self-help. I have learnt more about my disorder from books than i ever have from anyone else.
