:welcome: to the forum! Have a look around the forum and you'll find plenty of other people struggling with anxiety and their ways of coping. One thing I do when my anxiety gets bad is breathing exercises. I usually breathe in for 4 counts and out for 8 and it helps calm me down. I also look around the room and find 5 things I can see, 4 things I can hear, 3 things I can touch, 2 things I can smell, and 1 thing I can taste. It helps keep me grounded. Hope you find something that helps you! :hug1:

Hello Elaine gee is the tumour operable? I understand why you would feel anxious. I have a friend who had a tumour in their pituitary gland also and it disappeared or that is what they have told me anyway.

We are all quite friendly here!

They are treating it with oral medication. It just depends if it shrinks it away. Most are benign. My tumor is small, but not small enough. It caus s anxiety and a lot of other issues. Adrenaline rushes are the worst.

it can and it does work as i was saying so keep hopeful and dont try to think too far forwards. try to stay with the here and now and just know that you are doing all that you can. being sensible and getting help and doing what is advised by the GP. that has to be enough for right now.:flowers:
