PIPs won't help disabled people out of deprivation

Of course it won't... any benefit which pays enough to help people out of deprivation will be seized on by the Mail/Express/Sun to whip 'hard-working strivers' into yet another anti-welfare frenzy. The story will get the entire front cover and an inner page or two dedicated to it as well, while the latest wealthy individual/company caught out for tax dodging - sorry, tax 'avoidance' - will get a token paragraph or two in order to try and display a token illusion of 'balanced coverage'.

Note the language used in the nomenclature are well... Personal Independence Payment - the Tories never miss an opportunity, no matter how subtle (although subtle is often insidious), to ram their individualistic dogma down our throats.

"No attempt at ethical or social seduction can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred for the Tory Party. So far as I am concerned they are lower than vermin." - Nye Bevan
