Has anyone taken pindolol (Visken) as an additional medication for depression? I'm on mirtazapine and lamotrigine already.

Pindolol is only part of a complete program of treatment for hypertension that also include diet, exercise, and weight control. Follow your diet, medication, and exercise routines very closely if you are being treated for hypertension. Always consult a doctor before taking it as you should not use this medication if you are allergic to pindolol, or if you have asthma, certain heart conditions especially second or third degree heart block, heart failure, or severe slow heart rate.

Thanks for that, but I'm not taking it for hypertension, it's an additional med for depression along with mirtazapine and lamotrigine. I was really just asking if anyone else had this for similar reasons and how it had affected them.
