Physical symptoms without anxiety?

Lately I haven't been feeling as anxious. I still have some of the physical symptoms though. I get burning skin sensations, stomach issues, fatigue, vision issues, etc. Does anyone else feel this way?

I have always had these types of symptoms. I started to think lately that it must be due to a lack of vitamins. I had a blood test for them and it came back satisfactory.

I have started to eat a wide variety of foods and not just fruit and veg. Goats cheese, just a small bit because i don't like it much, and really anything unusual in the supermarket. Different herbs and spices. That might help. Water, fish, meat, pulses. It is important we eat these things.




So much impacts

Stress is such a major thing.
