I can relate to both posts. Brain fog is awful. I had a shaking panic episode earlier then felt nauseous. Some days I too have aching shoulders which is probably when I feel really tense. I would rather have many of those symptoms than suffer from confusion and memory loss, both of which are debilitating and scary and increase my anxiety!
