ive got pain in my right hip
where I hurt myself a few years ago

I thought I was doing some sort of activism
all on my own at the time

I seem to focus all my energy on the pain
until the anxiety moves on to something else !

Do you swim? Your body would be supported by the water which might help, I just took up walking to see my friends in the city rather than getting the bus, it's a twelve mile round trip. I was also switched from atypicla to old-fashioned anti-psychotics which helped.

thankyou, I cant swim any more
because my skin gets too dry and cracks
its like I have got to an age,
where my body doesnt work properly any more

I feel like a young person in a ship wreck !

I think this pain is down to the smell of glue
from the Lino fitting the other day

love walking, I will have to do more of it
even if it hurts , wow 12 miles !

as for anti psychotics
I found the new one much better for me actually
im glad you found the right one
its not easy to to ...

My ex suffered such significant weight gain from Quetiapine that she developed diabetes. She's in constant physical pain from arthritis but still tries to get out and about. I feel for you @Zoe1, constant pain is a downer, she's on really strong pain killers.

thankyou, I'm sorry to hear about your ex
and glad she has pain killers

I take paracetamol
but anything else seems too much
on top of my other meds
it makes me lose my emotions
