Physical Anxiety Symptoms - what do you experience?

Loads of stuff; from purely physical to stuff that might be more subconscious, through to conscious behaviour.

Physically - appetite consistently low, sleep always inconsistent. Can leave me a bit prone to faints and lacking in energy if it gets pushed too far. Also have a pretty sensitive stomach and hundreds of weird food behaviours.

Conscious behaviour - detachment and seclusion, avoidance of social settings.
Subconscious behaviour - hiding face with hands, wearing hats, hoods, avoiding photos, feeling a need to destroy photos. Also - routines - from the childhood avoiding slabs, counting stairs, and other stuff, through to adulthood shaking. Nail-biting consistent. Will also niggle at any bit of my body that annoys me, so a bit of that too. I tried to grow a beard recently but realised I'd be touching at it 100 times an hour or more.

I struggle with a permanent fainting sensation, shortnes of breath and intense panic attacks. This is awfui. At nights Im a bit more calmed.
