Hi everyone,
I feel lack of confidence in anything I do. I am scared of going out. I feel uncomfortable in open spaces, underground metro, tubes, long straight road, heat, elevator, long escaltors, stairs going up and down, hiking, closed bathroom, focussing in talking, giving presentations. I have a feeling of being trapped. My body start sweating , breathlessness, headache, dizziness. My head remain heavy all the time.

Please tell me what to do

when I was like that, I went to socialise at the local mental health centre,
in this area its called a ' wellbeing hub '

I moved on from there when I got alot better
it was very comforting at the time

I don't know what issues I have. But socialization does not makes me better. I feel more tough to talk
