So, I have a phobia that I have never heard anyone else have. I got the phobia after I got my child who is now 6 years old. I am petrified of my own brain. I can not stop thinking about that it is there, seeing and feeling everything I do. This grey lump. Am I all alone about this fear? I can litterally get a panic attack from thinking too much about it. And I am a very active person. I work, I have kids, I work out, running, cykling. Please help and let me know if and how I get over this ❤

The whole body is strange if you think hard enough. Turns my stomach. You grew a baby which is also strange and a bit icky 😂

Yes it is. Very strange. I must accept it some way.
