I have been to see a therapist today who has suggested person centred therapy to help with my anxiety and how I lose the ability to rationalise my thoughts at times and hence blow things out of all context resulting in a need to gain reassurance. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this therapy and whether it helped?

Yes this reAlly helped me I had it for a year and I sorted out a lot of stuff it was hard
Though I Ame out crying a lot.
If your feel overwhelmed afterwards and exhausted don't worry it's normal it means that it's working.
A lot of people say oh it made me feel worse so I stopped going that's. It the way it works.
It helped me I hope it helps you.
