Try listening to music, through headphones, using mp3, portable or a cd walkman, I find this helps me out immensely.

Hi,Livesey1980,

I forgot to say, that I don't have depression, however, for my anxieties, and when I used to have paranoia, not anymore though, and I am of mild forms of szchiophrenia, and for my hearing voices problems, I have found that hearing music on cds, on my personal portably player - small one, and headphones has helped me out a g reat deal.

Best wishes,

Natalie.

And also, I am on antipshycotic medicat ion.
