Panic disorder experience

Hello everyone, I'd like to share my personal experience living with panic disorder.
I suffer from panic disorder for 3 years, and the panic attacks are really really bad. It happens almost every day. The symptoms are really scary and the feeling that I'm dying it just seems so real.
Unfortunately, at the moment I can't afford to go to therapy so I feel helpless... I feel like I can't do this anymore... The panic attacks are bad and I'm always scared for the next attack.
My friends and family don't exactly understand what I'm going through and all they have to say is "calm down"....but I just can't calm down. It feels like I'm going to faint or even die and it's too real.
I'm a mess and I just think I can't stand this situation anymore... 3 years with daily bad panic attacks is just too much for me to handle by myself... I'm desperate.

Does anyone else has been through a similar situation?

Yes I do but 7 months ago my antidepressant stopped working And I’ve tried various ones and they are not helping. Have u tried an antidepressant or a Benzo?

Yes, myself and plenty of others go through this. This is pretry normal for someone with agoraphobia. A lot of us suffer daily from this, but just know that this disorder is very much curable and there are a lot of different ways for prention as well as things to do during an attack. Youre going to be okay, if you need someone to talk to that understands and has gone through what youre going through. Im definitely here to help. Im going through recovery right now so i have a lot of time to help others the best i can. Let me kmow if theres anything i can do!

I don't have panic disorder but i did experience panic occasionally. I wish i had more answers for it, if panic comes to you again, you could try something to distract yourself with like a perfume or a paper cooling fan or a rubber play ball.
