I am noticing a pattern here. Explore with me.

I am tired and ready to get great rest.

All day long. I overcome all challenges.

Ready for sleep. Yes. Panic attack? Wtf?

Notice how sleep depravation is a hidden element here.

I get great rest. No matter what. I am tough as war. Always active ready for armageddon 24 7..

But I realize what my own insecurity is trying to do.

Reduce my sleep? Ha ha ha ha ha. Funny [email protected]!#:.

I have an extremely important day ahead tomorrow. Good try!

Its funny that I realized this.

I love myself so much. I am insecure about nothing.

But I wanted to share that with you all.

Sleep is extremely important. Missing out on it... Knowing we have hyper active brain activity is no good.

Understanding how vital it is to our survival..we can understand why our limitations; try to keep us from sleeping.

I hope this helps you. Getting good sleep is very important for a positive mental attitude. And sound health over all.

I am going to sleep. Laughing at my insecurities...

Tomorrow is my babies graduation ceremony.

Get the @$!# out of here with that negative nonsense bs....

I have millions to make daily. Forever.

I feel it. I dig it! I'm in a situation with my neighbors that prevents me from sleeping.
