Can be, but it can also be part of everyday life for someone who does not have a mental illness. Panic is an overactive fight or flight reflex. I have them when I am late, my ex mother in law has them and she has no mental health issues.

I think you are right, i also have a panic attack sometimes, that is what concern me. I just don't want to be known as a person who have a anxiety disorder,because i feel perfectly healthy otherwise!Anyway,thank you for your reply, it did help a lot.
