Hi, I’m new to the forum. I suffer from overthinking, which leads to anxiety. I constantly overthink things daily, it has knocked my confidence and is slowly destroying my happiness. I keep trying to keep myself positive by saying to myself there are people worse off than me. But it doesn’t seem to work. I’ve also suffered from ocd for most of my life. My overthinking is seriously affecting my relationship, as I question everything including if she really loves me, even though she tells me she does. I fear it will eventually ruin a good thing. I just want to get back to being the fun, happy, confident lad I once was.
