Hi Folks,

I had a reasonable overnight of sleep, however approching two in the morning, I was bang with a start, woken up, and as I made way to the bathroom, to call it that, I happened to have noticed, that a same old house in the main road, they have got bright security lights, and there was someone on a mobile phone.

At two in the morning I thought, I was trying to sleep, paranoia wise.

Now my gut query would be, why weren' t they in bed, at that time of night.

Baffling. Anyway doesn't worry me now.

I'm very well, no further paranoia generally, no hearing voices, no intrusive thoughts, I'm fine.

Have a good day all,

Best regards all.

I would think the same the thing seeing what you saw. Why would you say it’s paranoia? Does it scare you?

Hi Linus,

No doesn't scare me.

I have a problem, always that either through the daytime, or overnight when settling and actually keeping asleep, that I feel as if people are talking about me in some way, and for me overnighters, this disturbs my sleep patterns.

Ok, got it. But since you have a lot of insight with your mental health issues I guess you can convince yourself eventually that there is no threat. Do you feel that this could escalate somehow and make you anxious?
