Hey everyone,

Over the last week and a bit, things have taken its toll.

I feel out of steam today and still chewed up.

Everything just aches inside and out.

I try and remind myself things will be ok and that things will go good.

Just struggling atm, got a Docs apt on Thursday, might need to go back on the meds?

Been off sertraline since last December, though I was doing good but everything is starting up again and it just feels worse then before.

It's a big decision though to go back on medication... I would think about it and see what else could be done to support you, alternative medicine, exercise, diet, all that stuff can be tried before you go back. It's already a really good thing you managed to come off the meds and stay off for 10 months!

Thank you for your reply Kerome, I really don't want to go back on medication, I found it did not help with the lows at all.

I have been trying to keep up with exercise whether it be the gym or walking. It helps to escape from your head for a bit.

Not tried any alternative medicine before, think it is something to look into trying.

Just find my head a very frustrating place, brains are a vast and intriguing organ.
