Sorry to have taken so long to reply. Have been away. Hope you are still ready to shine. Wishing you well for 2010.
Do you know there are some very friendly places in Nottingham where you could go to help you get over being shy? There is Assertiveness training, and confidence building classes that you might enjoy doing and meeting people at the same time. Let me know if you would like to know more.
