I hear you. Lack of sleep will bring on the relapse every time for me. I think it does for most people.
Yeah i think it brought on such an intense relapse because i only just recovered. If i had recovered a few weeks ago and then lost some sleep it wouldn't of been nearly as intense. I have college in under two weeks so i'm going to try whatever it takes to get well for it.

Same here, except it's a course at community college for me, plus vocational counseling sessions. I'm going to have to try harder to make sure I get enough rest. Best of luck to you!

I feel ridiculous for asking, but what is sound production? My course is vocational skills.
It's basically about learning to mix and master sounds. Learning how to produce live or recorded tracks.

Oh, ok...I was wondering if that's what it was. That sounds fascinating. I have always loved watching documentaries where I get to see the inside of a recording studio.

My course is a bore, and I dread it. It's actually 'work skills', not 'vocational'; somehow I got the title mixed.
