several years ago I was in contact with a CPN vie Email
This was because he was a computer wizard and he was helping me with my first PC
During this period I came off my medication ans as I went into psychosis I was relaying all my thoughts to him as they occured
He printed them off and ther'e all in my notes

My case managers (my CPN (who is now on maternity leave) and now my OT) printed off, and do print off, any e-mails I address to them, containing every word I say to them in confidence, and they go in my notes. Is that wrong, or are they obligated to do that?

Thanks.
