Odd feeling - better?

This will sound odd, but how do I know if I feel better because of the
medication or if it is another cause? I'm curious because for an unknown reason
or maybe just because (which I suppose would be a reason in itself) I feel
better.

Nothing in my life has changed, dire financial situation, no employment, and so
on. I've not changed diet, started meditation or anything else. I have started
going for a walk each day for around an hour.

I feel as though I don't care about my problems. It is tough to describe. Like they don't matter?

I'm not knocking this change in mood but it seems unwarranted!

Exercise is an important component of self care. I just went on a hike where I got a good sweat going. I feel better for it. I’m glad your feeling better as well. I hope you can keep it going!

Thank you both. I don't believe that exercising has changed anything. Back when this period of illness started I was exercising quite often. That said, starting to exercise has been a sign in the past that I am getting better.
Yep, I think more time is needed. I felt a little bad first thing this morning but nowhere near as bad as I have felt recently. Anyway, hopefully it continues and I can get more things done!
