Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me out as I haven't got many people I can talk to.
I have posted previously about OCD surrounding bodily fluids and as usual this is what I'm worrying about, sometimes it's easier to get things out of my head but sometimes it just festers and gets worse.

So I was looking for some clothes and I found a pile in my house (amoung with other people's clothing) and as I was looking through it I found a pillow case which looked stained and the stains looked like semen. So I freak out and go and wash my hands but as I've done this my family member bibs and is outside ready to get me as I'm staying there tonight. So I don't have time to wash my hands properly or my arms at all.

I start thinking could this have been dirty washing? What if I got semen on my hands and when I get changed or go toilet it transfers from my hand to my lady parts etc.

Is it at all possible to get pregnant from this sitcuation? Would anyone else worry about this or do anything about this?

I would appreciate your comments and help!

Thanks everyone!

Hi,
Don't worry you can't get pregnant from semen on your hands, I'm so sorry your going through this. Have you tried any therapy? Your GP could refer you to someone. Unlikely to be semen on a pillow.
Take care I hope your feeling better very soon

Hi Mayflower7, thank you so much for your reply! It really makes me feel better being able to speak to someone. I had been in CBT until I turned 18 and haven't been referred to adult therapy. I take medication which helps but still have these worries particularly about pregnancy through situations such as touching something.
Thanks again, take care!

Hi,
Please ask about refferal to adult therapy, glad it helped before. Wear gloves if you can when you touch surfaces, that may help with your fears.
Take care
