Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, OCD, is an anxiety disorder and is characterized by recurrent, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and/or repetitive behaviors (compulsions). <-- this sounds more like for me
Tips for Living With OCD
Nuts and seeds, which are packed with healthy nutrients.
Protein like eggs, beans, and meat, which fuel you up slowly to keep you in better balance.
Complex carbs like fruits, veggies, and whole grains, which help keep your blood sugar levels steady.
I wonder why they say milk, chocolate is bad for OCD since milk has tryptophan and I ate 100% chocolate with no sugar and I felt better at that time and uh green tea, I'm not sure, why?
Nah, green tea (decaf) is good for relieving anxiety. I drink lots of it. I also eat dark chocolate, doubt that has much effect on anything really, I just enjoy it.
I think have a healthy diet and things in moderation.I doubt it makes a significant difference if any to OCD.
What matters most is Not Reacting to these thoughts! It isn't easy but when you react you make your OCD Worse. When you don't React it starts to Fade FACT.Take Care
