Been reading a great deal about Leaky Gut in the last few months and he delivered information in that video very quickly and concisely.

Everything is pointing to minimising sugar in my diet...oh dear :doh:

I think it is important to live a balanced life if one has tendencies to become depressed. A whole-person perspective is necessary to keep depression away or at a minimum. That can mean focus on nutrition, physical exercises, relaxation, sleep hygiene, social contacts, routines, antidepressants, perhaps a therapist and not to forget looking out for triggers (learn to recognize them). Luckily I have had a whole-person perspective for years, but still it took a loooong time to find the right balance that worked for me. So all in all many areas have to be worked upon. Nutrition is one of them. Thanks for the video!

It sounds good. Nutrition does not solve the issue, but it goes a long way.
