Recently (within the past year or so at the very least) I’ve begun having these moments every few weeks or so where suddenly I start uncontrollable sobbing. It often happens without reason at random times, and when it starts I can’t stop it until I’ve run out of tears. During I find it hard to breathe and focus, and most of the time I’m unable to stand. I was just wondering if this could maybe be some sort of anxiety attack. If not, what else could it be? It’s starting to interfere with my job so I really want to figure it out and fix it.
