These low moods are so annoying man. I have a couple days where I feel alright then back down in the shit.

Im laying in bed trying to find the motivation to get up and eat something but really can’t be bothered.
Stuff I used to enjoy just really isn’t doing it for me.
I’m getting tired of other people, I can feel one of these days I’m gonna snap but in reality I won’t because it’ll just make everything worse.
I just wanna fucking feel something, anything.

Day like this you have a you day, be kind to your self throw ur self out of bed and have a bubble bath u don't want to but just do it. Then get something easy to eat like cereal and sit in bed with a film or anything and enjoy a u day don't see it as a bad thing sometimes we need these day to heal

Hey RedYeti...I’m sorry you are feeling so down today. Do you have a lot of days that you feel like this? Are you on an antidepressant or is there someone you work with on these depressed feelings? I hope the day improves for you some. xo, j

I feel your pain,I'm just the same.Some days i just can't be bothered,i try do things like learn to play the guitar or try my hand at air brush art.I start a new hobby,buy the things i need for my new hobby then wonder what the point is.Some days i don't get out of bed,i'd rather be asleep.Just enjoy the good days,ride out the bad ones.

Yeah cheers guys I’m feeling a bit better, managed to drag myself out of the house and see some old buddies from school.
My Docs upped my meds a little so hopefully that helps.

Gonna make myself a fat burrito and just chill

I know the low moods are terrible. I have plenty of them myself. I don't think there is any easy answer. Mood swings, are quite bad.

Whenever I feel unwanted negative feelings, Redyeti, I always ask myself "what action(s) can I take to get me out of this". If I try to find the answer to that question long enough, I always find something that I can do to improve my situation.
